Free Shipping
Every order – regardless of its value – is shipped to you at our expense. You only pay for the product.
Shipping Methods
We work with InPost. In the cart, you can choose the most convenient option for you:

- Kurier InPost – 0.00 PLN (Free)
Processing Time
We usually ship orders within 24-48 hours (on business days) from the moment the payment is credited. We will inform you via email about every stage of the order processing. Deliveries are made throughout Poland.
Returns (Withdrawal from the contract)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. According to the law, you have 14 days from the moment of receiving the package to decide on a possible return.
Important: Hygienic Products
We draw special attention to the fact that eyelashes are a hygienic good. According to our Terms of Service (§ 8 point 1 letter c) and the Consumer Rights Act, the right to return does not apply if the protective foil has been opened after delivery.
- When you can return: If, for example, you mistook the variants, but the packaging (protective foil) is intact and factory-sealed.
- When you cannot return: If you opened the protective foil. Due to health protection reasons, such a product cannot return to sale.
Return Instructions:
- Ensure that the protective foil has not been opened
- Secure the goods for transport (preferably in the same box in which it arrived)
- Attach a note to the package with the order number and the annotation "ZWROT" (RETURN) or the completed form (available as a PDF file below)
- Send the package back to our warehouse address:

(Please do not send packages "cash on delivery" – such shipments will not be accepted).
Return Form (Withdrawal from the contract)
Refund: We will return the money to you immediately after verifying the condition of the returned product (maximum within 14 days). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Complaints
All our products are new and covered by statutory warranty for defects. If the received product has a defect (e.g., damage in transport, manufacturing defect), you have the right to file a complaint.

- Describe the defect and (if possible) attach photos
- We will consider your complaint within 14 days
